A sword in hand refer to punish those who choose a wrong decision that committed a crime and leaded to a wrong path. In addition, a scales of justice holding on the hand was that the judge will treat very one equally with fairness and justice regardless whether they are rich or they were with great reputation. I can practice justice by having the moral courage to speak up when i see something wrong.
